For your convenience, we offer flat rate shipping for domestic small packages (under 1lb):

Gemtera is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect shipping addresses or local carriers. Please note, international orders can take up 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs and local carriers. Thanks for your understanding.

At Gemtera we make every item by hand, no two items will be exactly alike. Color variations, texture and fragrance may be different from item to item as we make our items in small batches to keep them fresh for our customers. We promise you`ll love our products!
